Material Handler

The Material Handler moves freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas and staging area. Operate and position mobile material handling equipment to provide support for production and fabrication. Follow work instructions or schedules to determine operations or procedures.


  • Retrieve and return stock for Extrusion Saws
  • Operate the Band Saw
  • Deliver Packages to the staging area
  • Mobile Equip PM’s
  • Scrap dumping
  • Operate forklift 
  • Maintains regular and predictable attendance.

3 to 6 months of related experience


High School Diploma or G.E.D


  • Knowledge of arithmetic
  • Must be able to be licensed to operate mobile equipment including fork-lift and 4D.
  • Able to read and use a tape measure and caliper
  • Basic computer skills, to include working knowledge of BAI


  • Remains in a stationary, standing, or walking position for the length of the shift.
  • Lifts, moves, or positions materials weighing up to 50lbs.
